What is your primary product or service?
At Critter Round-Up our primary focus is to exclude nuisance wildlife from your home or business, we find the area's that the critters are actively using, in addition to any area that they could potentially use to enter into your home or business. We make any repairs needed to prevent their future return into your home or business. We specialize in dealings with; Squirrels, Raccoon, Bat's, Pigeons, Mice/Rats, Rabbits, Hornets/Wasps.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
After working in the wildlife control industry for many years, I realized that there are more effective and budget friendly ways to remove unwanted wildlife from your home or business than trapping. As a wildlife control professional, our main goal is to do the job correctly the first time the right way. Being in the wildlife control industry has taught me that while there are similar tendencies of these unwanted house guests, each job is different, We need to look at the whole structure to provide the best results not just the problem area's, This requires us to constantly be looking and learning.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Having wildlife in your home or business can be a frightening experience, our goal as a wildlife control company is to help educate our customers about the problem critter, this helps to remove unnecessary anxiety in an already unpleasant situation. We use a humane exclusion method that has proven to be low stress on the wildlife encouraging them to leave freely without the need for daily trip charges to check traps. Our exclusion method also allows easy removal of the stubborn trap shy animals. I was also bothered in the past by companies who would only warranty the repair/s which they made. I believe if we as professional wildlife control companies are doing our job correctly, we need to find all area's active and potential that could be used by wildlife to gain entry, not just the immediate problem area. This is the reason why Critter Round-Up warranties your WHOLE home from the return of the same species of animal for TWO years, not just our repair, and not just for a few months. We pride ourselves on referral based business, in order to achieve this we need to be fair and honest with our customers, there are times when the animals are only on the roof and not inside, if this is the case, we WILL tell the customer, if no work is needed then we will tell you that too.

Currently we are servicing the Denver metro area's as north as Loveland to Castle Rock in the south, and everywhere in between.

Our hours of operation is: Monday- Friday 9 am to 5 pm, weekends are available by appointment only.
